Bat Walk

Enjoy a bat walk and talk on Abbeyleix Bog guided by Anna Collins and experts from Kildare Bat Group. Using bat detectors we can expect to hear different kinds of bats. Children should be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the end of the Hotel car park.

This event is being run as part of Heritage Week and in association with Kildare Bat Group, the Irish Wildlife Trust and Abbeyleix Bog Project. Wear sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor clothing. Bring a torch.
