An all-Ireland charity that promotes the conservation of bats and their habitats
Join Bat Conservation Ireland at Trim Library, for a batty fun-filled evening! At 7.00pm in the Library meet Brian Keeley who will give a talk which will then be followed by a bat walk in the town at 8.00pm. Using bat detectors you can listen in on their ultrasonic calls and watch these elusive creatures in flight.
This event is free and open to all. It is being held as part of Biodiversity Week 2019.
Please wear sturdy footwear and warm outdoor clothing and bring a torch. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult. No dogs.
