Bat Walk

Join Kildare Bat Group at The Harbour, Naas, for a batty fun-filled evening! At 9.30pm at the Library steps meet Anna Collins who will lead a bat walk to Oldtown Bridge and back. Using bat detectors you can listen in on their ultrasonic calls and watch these elusive creatures in flight. Anna will describe some of the Irish species and their life cycle as the walk progresses.
This event is free and open to all. It is being held as part of Biodiversity Week 2019.
Please wear sturdy footwear and warm outdoor clothing and bring a torch. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult. No dogs.
