An all-Ireland charity that promotes the conservation of bats and their habitats
Join Bat Conservation Ireland and University College Dublin’s Bat Lab in the beautiful surroundings of the Royal Irish Academy in Dawson Street, Dublin to hear about the results of recent research into bat ecosystem services in Ireland. We will hear from James Nolan who analysed samples sent in by volunteer citizen scientists across Ireland and Gwen Hurpy, a PhD student who has been looking into diet of pipistrelle and brown long-eared bats. We will also launch our new animated video about the project.
The animation and talks will be followed by a wine and canapé reception.
