An all-Ireland charity that promotes the conservation of bats and their habitats
Join us and discover the world of bats in your locality! We will use bat detectors to listen in to their night time sounds watch them in flight. This walk is hosted by Limerick Bat Group in Rearcross village, Co. Tipperary on Tuesday May 22 at 9.30pm, in association with Rearcross Tidy Towns and local community. Meet outside the church.
All are welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult. Warm clothing and outdoor footwear is recommended. Bring a torch.
Bat Walks are approximately 1.5 hrs long. Events with a bat talk, are 2 hrs long.
