Launch of Bats and Bugs!

FreeBat Conservation Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of www.batsandbugs.ie a new collaborative project with University College Dublin.
With YOUR help we will use state-of-the-art analysis techniques to find out more about what bats eat in Ireland. Do they perform essential ecosystem services for us? Do they control pest insects?
We are seeking citizen scientist – bat roost owners who would like to help with sample collection.

Batsandbugs.ie is funded by Community Foundation for Ireland and the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
